Starlight is our miracle calf. She was born a measly 37 lbs and didn't get colostrum within 24 hours. We took her to NC State University for plasma transfusions, which saved her life. While being there she gained almost 2 lbs a day and now is a stout, strong calf. She is spunky with tons of energy and is truly a fighter. Her bloodlines trace back to Germany on her dam's side as well as Balmoral Castle. Every name in her pedigree is a big one including some from LEA White, Sunset Farms, Skye High, and Cobblestone Farms.
